Who This Is For

You, at Every Stage of the Journey

Whether you're preparing your body for pregnancy, navigating the changes of each trimester, or finding your way back to yourself postpartum — your nervous system is at the center of it all.

When your spine and pelvis are balanced and your nervous system is regulated, your body has the optimal conditions to conceive, carry, and birth your baby. Dr. Shea Osuna, DC, is Webster Technique Certified and has been supporting mothers and families in the Louisville and Wheat Ridge area since 2016.

The Webster Technique

A Specific Approach to Pelvic Balance & Nervous System Support

The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment designed to reduce the effects of sacral subluxation and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. By restoring proper neurobiomechanical function in the sacral and pelvic region, it creates the conditions for your body to function as it was designed to throughout pregnancy.

It focuses on balancing the sacrum and pelvis, releasing tension in the ligaments and muscles that support the uterus, and creating optimal space for baby to move, grow, and position for birth.

The Webster Technique is recognized and taught by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) — the longest-standing organization in the chiropractic profession dedicated to pediatric and perinatal care. Dr. Shea is Webster Technique Certified through the ICPA.

Sacral & Pelvic Balance

Addresses sacral subluxation that may contribute to pelvic dysfunction and discomfort throughout pregnancy.

Optimal Positioning

Supports a balanced pelvic environment, creating space for baby to move and position freely.

Smoother Labor Support

Sacral subluxation is associated with dystocia (difficult labor) — Webster care works to reduce these contributing factors.

Safe in All Trimesters

Gentle and appropriate from the first trimester through your birth preparation, with modifications as your body changes.

Neurobiomechanical Function

Improves the way your nervous system and musculoskeletal system communicate — supporting your whole body, not just your spine.

ICPA Certified Care

Dr. Shea holds Webster Certification through the ICPA, the trusted standard for prenatal chiropractic care worldwide.

Network Spinal & Pregnancy

A Calmer, More Connected Pregnancy — Body, Mind & Nervous System

Network Spinal complements Webster care beautifully. Where Webster focuses on the structural alignment of the pelvis, Network Spinal works with your nervous system's ability to regulate tension and stress throughout the entire spine.

Together, they support a calmer, more connected experience of pregnancy — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Many practice members describe feeling more present, less reactive to stress, and more deeply in tune with the changes happening in their body.

Understanding Anxiety and the Nervous System

Anxiety acts as a signal from the nervous system when it is stuck in a constant state of fight or flight. This heightened state of alertness is designed to protect us from danger, but when it’s triggered too frequently, it can lead to chronic anxiety which is a sign of nervous system disregulation. Network Spinal Chiropractic care works by calming the nervous system and helping it return to a balanced state.

A Note on Fertility

Supporting Your Journey to Conception

If you are on your journey to conception, chiropractic care can support your body in ways that go beyond the structural. A nervous system in a state of ease — not survival — creates the internal environment most conducive to conception.

Many women begin care before pregnancy and find it to be one of the most meaningful investments they make in their motherhood journey. If you're wondering whether this is the right step for you, let's talk.

  • Network Spinal uses a gentle approach to teaching the nervous system re-organizing and self regulation strategies so your body can have a new baseline with more connection and the ability to self regulate tension/stress outside of the office.

  • Network Spinal is not covered by insurance. At Vertically Sourced, we pride ourselves on making holistic health care affordable for as many as we can. We offer family plans and discounts when possible. We also accept HSA cards.

  • Yes, we can meet you where you are. If you are using medications for management/relief, we support you. I you begin to feel curious and ready to shift your usage of these medication, we can support you in how to bring this conversation up with your primary care provider.

  • At Vertically Sourced, we believe your body put those tension patterns, fixated in the spine, and guarding there for a reason. We use gentle approaches to help your brain (prefrontal cortex) to find those areas with connection, so that your body can decide when it is safe to shift out of those guarding and tension patterns.

  • We recommend a tapered care plan. We begin with consistent care in order to consistantly help interrupt the patterns that got you into the issues you are experiencing. It's like going to the gym. You will not make progress by only going once a month. Once we finish the initial weeks in care, we shift down in frequency as the nervous system shows it's ready.

Sessions are about 20-30 minutes and you will have time to check in with your doctor at each visit.
