ABOUT

Meet Dr. Shea Osuna

I’ve always been fascinated by the way the body works—and even more fascinated by the stories it tells.

Over the years, I began noticing something important: many people weren’t simply looking for relief from symptoms. They wanted to understand why they felt disconnected, exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck. They wanted to feel more at home in their bodies again.

That realization shifted the way I practice.

Today, I help women and families better understand the relationship between their nervous system, stress patterns, and overall wellbeing. I’m especially passionate about supporting women through seasons of transition—from preparing for motherhood and pregnancy to postpartum recovery and creating a more connected, intentional life.

My approach combines Network Spinal care, nervous system education, and a whole-person perspective that looks beyond symptoms and focuses on helping your body create the conditions for healing and growth.

My role isn't to fix you. Your body is already incredibly intelligent.

My role is to help you better understand what your body has been communicating all along and support you in building more ease, resilience, and trust in yourself along the way.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me outside, moving my body, spending time with community, or continuing to learn more about the connection between the nervous system, healing, and what helps us live fuller lives.

Chiropractor Smiling

This cutting-edge spinal care system physically eases discomfort, helps your nervous system and body release tension while simultaneously causing your body to develop internal, self-regulating mechanisms that allow it to better adapt to stress.  NetworkSpinal is not only healing, but transformative.  Allowing you to release and move through old patterns and stories that no longer serve you, so that you can become the fullest, brightest version of yourself.  You can now both THRIVE AND SHINE!

What is NetworkSpinal?

1

Webster is a gentle technique using the specific release of ligaments and muscles to balance and align a pregnant mother's sacrum/pelvis allowing for more ease, less tension/pain, optimal fetal position, and better birth outcomes.  Sacral subluxation may contribute to difficult labor for the mother (i.e., dystocia), caused by inadequate uterine function, pelvic contraction, and baby malpresentation. Correction of sacral subluxation may have a positive effect on all of these causes of dystocia.

SRI is a powerful tool that combines focused attention, breath, and touch to allow your brain and body reconnect, bringing more awareness and energy to your body as a whole.  We use SRI as a supportive tool for practice members who are desiring to move through a specific pattern, story, or stuckness.  It is also a powerful technique for connecting more deeply with one's heart, soul, and purpose.
